Your first session in PH arch will be indoors learning spinal release methods such as s Lewit techniques, Feldncratz techniques, McGill techniques and Alexander based Techniques mixed with scientific core and back health knowledge (CHEK Academy), release work and mobility that matters to you.

Everyone welcome at PH from learning the basics at home to the competing Triathlete athlete. Nutrition as nourishment at the forefront of overall health.
